POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting. Assists Performance Managers by sorting mail, filing, answering phones, collecting fuel service records, monitoring an over-time book, assisting fuelers, scheduling meetings, and restocking supplies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS
  • Ensures fuelers properly clock in for daily shifts.
  • Document sick outs, call outs, and tardy employees for daily shift.
  • Monitor and update daily and weekly overtime sheets / book for needed overtime.
  • Separate paper Fuel Service Records and file daily as needed.
  • Processes fuel sheets and document records in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintains safety and security of the work area at all times and complies with safety procedures and station policies.
  • Arrives to work on time and at assigned post to ensure prompt service is provided. departures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
