Job Functions

Provides monthly, weekly and adhoc performance analysis for multiple airlines in support of DGS’s Continuous Improvement and TRP processes along with Customer QBR reviews

Leads operational performance review meetings with Aviation groups to assist in identifying system best practices and targeting performance issues

Prepares and presents DGS monthly performance deck (TRP) to Aviation Senior Leadership

Provides process engineering, project management and internal consulting services across all facets of the DGS operation.

Works with senior leaders, regional directors, station leaders, outside customers, resource planning, and planning & profitability on performance driven initiatives.

Lead projects from strategic conception, through project lifecycle to successful implementation that are both internal and external in nature.

Develop and coordinate project plan; proactively communicate project statuses, issues & risks to management

Ensure coordination of required activities among various departments and various resource levels

Troubleshoot technical issues when the need arises, and escalates appropriately when needed

Coordinate other projects as necessary to support the Aviation organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business, Finance or other relevant degree is required. Master’s degree preferred.

Prior work experience in process engineering, business process consulting, management consulting, and/or project management, Six Sigma blackbelt/greenbelt is preferred.
